Guest guest
Hey , I also have a smoothy for breakfast every day and I use fat free cottage cheese to add protein I can't stand the taste of the protein powder. I also find if I do not get enough protein I am hurting too....Fish is excellent for you but if you really dislike it that much make sure you eat a handful of walnuts of almonds everyday as it has the same omega 3's in them. Skip the fish and eat Chicken and lean pork instead! I also added soy milk to my smoothies just this week to get the benefit from the isoflavins that it has... My kids have really adapted well to our new way of eating, especially mashed sweet potatoes! We will see I am feeling much better these days and I hope you do to. Tammy Rather than aiming to be perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday. __________________________________________________________________ Canada Toolbar: Search from anywhere on the web, and bookmark your favourite sites. Guest guest
The protein powder I get is very good. The brand name is Optimum, and I always get the chocolate. I add soy milk, water, and ice and blend it until it has ice crystals in it.
