You might want to add them to your drug references: 1. Arixtra (fondaparinux sodium) for prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery, hip replacement surgery or knee replacement surgery. 2. Advicor: Combination product for treating lipid disorders. 3. Clarinex: (desloratadine) a nonsedating antihistamine. 4. Elidel: Pimicrolimus topical cream for atopic dermatitis. 5.
