knowing what the eat

I can't speak for other beginners, but I know for me it is nearly

impossible to figure out what I am hungry for. Of course, I know this

is from years of letting outside sources tell me what I should eat,

and 4 recent months of planning my food out the day before and eating

when it was time, regardless of how I felt. So I know it will take

some time.

I think I've been letting myself get too hungry lately, and I need to

work on honoring my hungry. But I would appreciate tips on detecting

what exactly I'm hungry for at a given hungry moment.
