Hey Barbara! Well - thanks- my RA is really under control so I can at least get

back to my daily gym visits! I still have a small handful of other issues but

I'm dealing with them as best as I can. My voice/throat is probably 85% back.

This horrid humidity appears to be keeping it from getting to 100% but I have no

control over the weather!!!!! We've been dealing with 105-110 heat index & I'm

tired of it all as I'm sure everyone else is!

I never thought I'd say - " I'll be glad when winter comes! " fortunately for us

here, winters are pretty mild!

Have you heard from Tawny?

Hugs back to you sweetie!!!

Hi . I am so happy you are doing so well. It's so good to read when

someone here is in a remission. Gives the rest of our group some hope.

How is your throat and voice doing? I hope that is all behind you now. You

certainly had a hard time with it all.

Are you baking in S.C.? I am baking here...todays heat index was

105....yikes.....thank goodness for A.C,

Nice to see you posting and feeling so good.

Hugs,

Barbara

get aches and pains?

I tried this, and it took about 2 months to get back to the state I'd been in

before I started taking meds. I asked my rheumatologist if there was any chance

that it would go into remission and he said " it is in remission as long as you

are taking the drugs - when you stop taking them, you are no longer in

remission. " So I'm back on.

Hi again .

It is just so wonderful that you are enjoying your remission and better

health.  I am happy also that your voice is doing so much better after the long

haul with it.  Yes, our remission is a wonderful thing, and I so would love

everyone here to be in one.

Yes, the heat is brutal here too, but better weather is ahead in a few months,

if we don't melt to death!!!!

So happy to talking with you LIsa.  I have missed you!!!

Hugs and love,

Barbara
