Guest guest
O.k. I am in a terrible flair up. The worst since I started Humira about a year ago. All I am doing is sleeping and wondering why I hurt so bad. I don't have a firm diagnosis, all tests negative but am being treated as someone with RA (dr said there were hundreds of arthritis', why worry which one, lets treat you and get you feeling better) Does anyone think eating or drinking " bad " things can cause a flair up????? I try really hard to eat fresh, whole foods that I prepare myself but sometimes it is hard to resist junk food. Bad things that crept into my diet in the last few months--Coke cola (one a day for a couple weeks, but stopped and went back to fresh brewed tea 2 days ago), packaged mini chocholate covered donut, Oreos, Tyson chicken appetizers, etc. Of course I am going to cut out all that non-sense now and go back to eating fresh fruit for snacks and cooking my meals from (hopefully) fresh whole foods. But I wonder am I feeling like crap because I ate some not so great foods or was I headed for a flair up and just didn't have the energy to cook so grabbed junk food (and did the chicken or the egg come first). Feeling really, really sorry for myself, Dawn in MN
