Hi...I'm Jewelle. I am 52 yrs old, a mother of 2 young men and work

as a customer service rep. 2 years ago, I was 60 lbs heavier and very

unhappy. It was hard to find a purpose in my life. I started eating

healthier, (doing a lot of restrictive eating) and exercising just

about every day, and it worked for me. Now, however, I am feeling the

need to eat in a way that I can maintain for the rest of my life, or

else I'll just end up gaining the weight back, and I DO NOT want that

to happen!

So I joined this group in the hopes I'll learn more about intuitive

eating. Some meals I do wait until I'm hungry, some I don't. I'd like

to be more balanced in that, and do less emotional eating. I look

forward to learning more. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Jewelle

(re-posted from moderator email)Hello. My name is Theresa and I am a new member. I found your groupfrom Liz Berney. I recently attended one of her workshops and she hasbeen coaching me for three weeks now on compulsive eating. I am 34years old and am recently separated from my husband of whom I havebeen with for 18 years, so needless to say, my tendency to use food asa coping strategy has been kicked into high gear recently. I lookforward to learning from everyone!! Get 5 GB of storage with Windows Live Hotmail. Sign up today.

Welcome ,

I can relate to your goal. I am 33 and just started IE. I plan on

having children in the near future as well and really want to pass on

positive habits and i want my unconcious language to be positve as

well.
