plaquenil and headaches/pressure?

I have been on plaquenil for about 4 weeks now ( along with sulfazine and some

prednisone) and have been having alot of pressure ehadaches- i also ahve benign

positional vertigo which comes on with pressure in the ears and has been totally

controlled with head tilting exercises until now- it is coming back with these

pressure headaches- could it be the plaquenil ? anyone have similar problems?

i'll call the dr tomorrow but just wanted to check with folks ehre too-

I am on the same meds as you are (minus the predisone) and I have occasional

pressure HA. Was the vertigo there before you started the plaquenil? Either

way, I would call your rheumy first thing tomorrow morning.

Hmmm that makes me wonder. They started me on Placquinil and it has been

about 6 weeks. And I just passed out for the first time in my life!

Yes - ive had the vertigo for years and it has been totally managed by the head

tilting exercises- no dizziness at all - till now- adizziness and pressure

headache everyday-

dr's office was closed today ( why?) so will call again tomorrow- if he still

isnt in i'll ask my primary!
