It's 4:14 in the morning and I still can't sleep. I take hot showers until I am

water-logged. On the plus side, at least I stay a lot cleaner now a days!

 

Does anybody else experience really vivid dreams/nightmares in full color after

taking the biologicals? Wow- I have woken up with heart hammering and full

memory of every detail- unusual for me. I am only averaging 2-3 hours sleep per

night now- but I don't have any energy and am tired all of the time.
