Hi Group:

Ugh, how embarassing. here I am at a BBQ having fun, eating, drinking,

beautiful house great company and BOOM, I sit down in a chair, and I fell right

asleep. I awoke to everyone staring at me. So embarassed, thank god it was

mostly family...

I cant seem to stop falling asleep. It happened again last nite, we are all

gathered around the TV (watching True Blood one of my fav shows) and BOOM, I

wake up when its all over.

Its happening at work too, despite the Nuvagil...Its worrisome now, ok, I am

laughing at the stoopidity of it all, I feel really old now.....

Worse, I cant help it, its so hard to fight....
