Is it still MRI if you don't feel stiff in the morning?

Just wondering if stiffness is an absolute requirement of RA diagnosis... right

now my elbows and inner knees are sore but not actually stiff. (In the past few

months I have been a bit stiff but not currently.)

I'm wondering if I should wait for it to get worse and then get a blood test to

see what my results are... on a past test my RF was 20 (should be under 14) but

I didn't have any inflammation, so my rheumy isn't sure if I have RA or not. Any

advice? if I get a blood test when I'm in a lot of pain, the test results would

show that, would they not?
