thyroid and swallowing

I think i told ya all that i have a goiter and some other little things on my thyroid. well now i am having some issues swallowing. i have had it before but not to the point of pain i was yesterday. before i thought it was the muscle relaxers i was on... but i have been off them for almost a month now.. i was laying down chewing on a pretzle-so i think that was some of it. but i was in tears b/c of this it hurt...

i am so scared that i will piss of my new doctor if i call to much. i just found her and i dont wanna mess things up. she is so great...i had to cancle my appt this week b/c our truck is down and i have no car.

is this comon? with what i have? i am taking kelp pills to help with my thryoid as well and the beta blocker.

its been a hard two weeks. I am going to come out and say it and i feel like the worse mom ever for this. Austin got pin worms-the doc thinks from school. I am sooooooo upset about that as well. it makes me feel like a very dirty mom and i am not-i am doing wask like sheets everyday and its killing me and my washer. i didnt even know kids could have these and now i think my daughter has it too. they both got pilled yesterday(my son for the second time and mya for the 1st.). I am fighting with the doc just to give me 2 pills for them each so I can re dose them if i have too. save money on the vistes and the pills. nope- and his nurse was a big b word. i swear its like doctors dont give a crap-instead of trusting us- its vistes and money....

I called his school yesterday and told the nurse(for me that took almost all i had). said its going around the class-she said no i dont think so...yeap ok its just austin-wtf ever. my poor kid-i didnt straight out tell him what it was till yesterday. he would have freaked out and made it worse. but i am sure he was like ok mom is wacko.... i am chasing him with the hand soap lately...

I AM JUST GOING TO SAY SCREW DOCTORS and go herbal everything. I made everyone chew garlic yesterday lol yeah austin was not happy. but mya did it and didnt even make a face....that kills a lot of things-helped me out a lot a few years back with thrush. I am going to make him take some garlic pills as well.. what ever gets this away, his doctor knows i do a lot of herbal things. austin is on varilen for his add and it helps a lot. i was on it for mine as well b/c the thyroid med...

well enough of my venting i have so much wash to do.
