I’ve

been reading everyone’s posts for weeks now. It is time to ask for

your insight and your suggestions. I hate what my body looks like right

now. I am about 30-40 pounds overweight. I desperately want to stop

the diet mentality, stop the binges, stop the food crazies. I’m

just afraid that if I do NOT go on another diet I’ll have to accept my

current weight – UGH!!!!!

everyone’s thoughts on this topic!!!!
