I went to Smoking Cessation class. I stop for a while then I went back to smoking. Last year I was sick and I didn't have to energy to smoke. I decided to quit. My Primary Care Physician put me on Chantix. It work wonder for me. I glad I quit smoking. It cost $6.59 for a pack of cigarette now. I learn how much money I had save not smoking. > > Chantix isn't for everyone. I was taking Wellbutrin for depression. But that was years ago. > > Keep up the good work and I find keeping myself and even my fingers busy. I do crocheting, hook rug or something. I even go on the computer a lot and type away. I hope you continue to quit. Try going to the smoking cessation class as well taking something like Wellbutrin or Chantix to help you quit. > >
Guest guest
, I am glad that you're continuing to be tobacco free. That nicotine will soon stop calling your name, and you'll feel so free. When I quit, I felt that a dark cloud had been lifted from me. You go, girl!
