Guest guest
Debbie - you sound so down & frustrated. I hope you feel better soon! I know how it goes to have screeching muscles - it seems like most days I have a similar problem, although it sounds like mine screech more quietly than yours. Take care & feel better very soon. Guest guest
Thanks , for the comforting words. Screeching is a good way to put it. Mine is loud then. Guess I do feel down since I can't do my usual activties. Spend most of the day alone, too. So I talk to my groups. warm hugs, Debbie J > > Debbie - you sound so down & frustrated.
