Debbie - you sound so down & frustrated. I hope you feel better soon! I

know how it goes to have screeching muscles - it seems like most days I

have a similar problem, although it sounds like mine screech more quietly

than yours.

Thanks , for the comforting words.

Screeching is a good way to put it. Mine is loud then.

Guess I do feel down since I can't do my usual activties. Spend most

of the day alone, too. So I talk to my groups.
