Guest guest
mine always do this. The ones up near my upper back and neck are always just rick hard. I found that soking in a hot bath helps. But ice works the best for me. If you have access to a pool try swimming to get some exersize. Huggles my dear Spasming muscles Hi all ~ Noticed the reference to spasming muscles. I feel like lately my muscles are spasming (mildly) from my mid/lower back to mid/lower thighs. This makes my vulvodynia really act up. I've been using a lot of ice packs. Any suggestions on ways to handle this? T hanks, Kathy in NY
Guest guest
-I also get the muscle spasms everywhere. I had chest pain so badly that I went to the doctor and had all kind of tests, At first they thought it was my liver or gall bladder. They found nothing so blamed it on fibro. I still get these bad pains but why spend more money on tests for the same things. The medical bills are killer. Believe it or not the worst muscle spasms I get now are the muscles in my head. It feels like it is crushing my skull. since I suffer from migraines that last days triggers these muscle attacks. the only help I have found is to take meds and sleep. It doesn't hurt if I'm sleeping. Pain control kinda like meditation helps me function when it hits me in public. I use a rock and focus my pain into the rock in my hand and it does ease off. I learned it in a pain program. It's hard to learn to deal with the pain. I have found many nice people here that can give you support while learning to deal with this condition. michelle -- In Fibromyalgia_Support_Group , " Amber And Ruby " wrote: > > mine always do this.
