Enbrel/methotrexate question

I currently have an ear and sinus infection and am on augmentin. The

doctor told me to skip enbrel and methotrexate for the week. Since

then I have developed what I think is a yeast infection. Does anyone

know if I need to stay off the meds until it goes away as well? Do I

need to report it? It's the weekend so I won't likely get anyone.
