Hi. Does anyone know if this breakfast cereal is considered free of

gluten and casein ingredients. I have my doubts about some of the

ingredients listed: natural and artificial chocolate flavor, caramel

color, and calcium carbonate. Please write back soon if possible.

We stopped using the Quaker brand cocoa because of possible cross-

contamination (per gfcfdiet.com) and the artificial flavor.
