Guest guest
I've been reading " The 7 Secrets of Slim People " by Vikki Hansen and Goodman. I didn't see it in the book list so I thought I'd share. As an IE book it is perfect. The 7 " secrets " are basically the same as Tribole and Resch's principles minus the exercise and nutrition principles, which is great for me because the exercise and nutrition principles almost throw me back into diet mode, although I am making progess slowly there. The book is written in bullet points, so it's not very lengthy, but still covers all the important points. Someone who is just starting may need more in- depth " discussion, " but if you have already read an IE novel and just want to go over the basic points, or keep a simple reminder book on hand, it's great for that. Also, the book has nice charts to help with remembering the " secrets " (principles). Very simple, " check the box if you ate conciously " charts, perfect for someone who does not blog, journal, or has no interest in completing a workbook and hates essay questions, as I do. So far, it is my favorite next to Tribole and Resch. Meg IE Since Feb '
