I think you need to seek a second opinion preferably at a center that has some

specialty in rheumatology.  Such as a Cleveland clinic, Mayo or a large

univeristy center.  It seems to me you have a multi disease pathway going though

I am no expert.  If you current physcian has not sought specialty consultation I

would push for it strongly.  I hope you find answers and treatment soon as you

deserve better than what you are going through.  Remember, the squeaky wheel

gets oiled even if you encounter rolling eyes, or condensending attitudes, push

forward.
