The patient has fasciitis of the left foot.

This is what is dictated under objective -

Rigid surface of plantar surface of left foot. There

is s/l *dematation* on flexion of all the digits the

toes of involved extremity. There is also a

considerable degree of soft tissue swelling overlying

the dorsal surface metatarsal group.
