I also have to sleep with a pillow between my legs. The only thing that has seemed to help me is to do as much stretching of my legs as I can. Guest guest
Unfortunately for me this did not work. The pain in my right hip, left leg and foot are so bad that unless I take an 800mg Ibuprofen and Tramadol nothing else helps. I tried the hot bath, the stretching, and the pillow to no avail. That is why the doctor is trying the Cimzia and it seems to help for now. I am giving this medicine a try but to tell you all the truth the reported adverse reactions is scarring me a lot... Guest guest
I found sleeping on a memory foam mattress really helps me. They are harder to turn over on but at least now I can sleep on my side w/o my hips hurting. I also love my memory foam pillows. linda > Hi Moira - > > I too have hip pain on the right side. Guest guest
Something to consider.....I purchase a quality memory foam mattress. I was comfortable BUT had nightly sweats. They hold heat. Intolerable for me.... My sons gladly carved it up to make beds for thei trucks..... Raniolo > Hi Moira - > > I too have hip pain on the right side.
