I need your help.. I'm a 58 year old woman with hip pain. My pain is on my right side and in my leg. But my biggest problem is at bedtime. Once I lay down I can't turn over for the pain is unbearable. If I sit up on the side of the bed then I can turn over.. I'm not getting much sleep for this pain.. Thanks for your help..Moira
Guest guest
Hi Moira - I too have hip pain on the right side. It is just terrible trying to sleep with it. The only thing that has seemed to help me is to do as much stretching of my legs as I can. Stretch them before going to bed especially - this really helps me to sleep better. I hope this helps you a little bit! Donna > > Hi Everyone, thanks for this group. I need your help.. I'm a 58 year old woman with hip pain. My pain is on my right side and in my leg. Guest guest
This may be old news but one night in the ER with horrible hip pain a nurse placed a pillow between my knees while laying on my side. I could not believe how much it helped. Maybe it would help you? *******************Internet Email Confidentiality ******************* Privileged/Confidential Information may be contained in this message.
