WO! REALLY? THAT is amazing.

I gave up golf years ago as my hands just couldn't take the grip.

Very interesting, thanks.

Subject: [ ] Golfer on Enbrel

Phil Mickelson is a famous golfer who has been diagnosed with

Psoriatic Arthritis and put on Enbrel. He has a strange attitude about

it, like he has nothing to worry about any more. It's an interesting

article:

Thanks for posting that article, Sue.

In Mickelson's defense, and it's quite possible that something may

have gotten lost in translation, his physicians may have told him that

it was possible that he could go into remission and stay in remission,

even once Enbrel is discontinued ( " induction therapy " or " remission

induction " ).

Mickelson has a couple of tremendous advantages over the typical

psoriatic arthritis patient: he was diagnosed very quickly and he was

given Enbrel immediately. He responded very well, too, which is a

excellent sign.

It will be interesting to follow his case.

Yes, , it will be interesting to follow his case. I hope that

Enbrel does put him in remission and that his optimism is well founded.
