How did you find tis group?

Since there has been so many newbies (including me) here, it makes me

curious. How did you hear about Intuitive Eating and how did you find

this group?

I first heard about IE a few years ago, but couldn't find much on the

internet about it back then. There was a Yahoo group with only about

three regulars posting. At that time I read about half of Tribole and

Resch's book. I just used IE as an excuse to quit the diet I was on,

but never gave IE a real try.

I was back on that same diet for the past few months and when I started

getting sick of eating no-fat cottage cheese ad nauseum, I remembered

IE, so I came back to yahoo groups and found this wonderful group.

I read an article in Health magazine, went on-line and found the Tribole and Resch IE website, there was a link on there to the group. I also checked out their book from my local library then found an earlier version at the local used bookstore.
