Wow OKD, I understand where you are coming from.  I've had RA now about six

years diagnosed, but really longer if I look back.  I've been through the gammut

of drugs and am at the end of choices.  I have had continuous progression or

activity and have a loty of frustration and fear.  I am very active, I sew all

the time, have a full time nurse manager job and just all over keep moving.  I

had the experience this past week to participate in a Caring Science seminar for

nurses.  I learned biofeedback and aromatherapy.  After the aromatherapy and

biofeedback I became pain free completely.  I am not saying this will work for

anyone else, but it did for me.  There is a website called the HeartMath

Institute and I purchased the emwave device as it absolutely worked for me.  I

also was gifted the book Transforming Stress.  I am only giving this information

for those folks who may be in the same boat as I am.  I have had a little pain

come back but my husband watched me for five minutes after I came back from the

seminar and he said " Wow, you are different, what happened? "   I wanted to share.
