Although I could not get through the whole video I still did pretty good, had fun and felt good. I took this year off of working out now I'm ready to get back at it... just because... not because I want the numbers on the scale to drop...just because...and it feels good as I really enjoy that. Soon I will be doing the whole video again. The break felt good but I need this in my life...just because. Soon those endorphens will be pumping and I'll be flying around the garage - wahoo!
