Last you and I spoke I was waiting for my date w/ plastics...came out of it w/ flying colors. I've been away the past week or so since my daughter is back home after spending too many months in Cali w/ her father, but I'm back (starting today) to my normal routine now. Hope to talk w/ you soon, got an odd question to ask you about gel implants, being that you have the same kind from Mentor that I do...not sure if it would be appropriate here on this list to ask. Guest guest
Hi everyone! I've been absent from the board for the last few weeks. I have over 300 messages to catch up on!! I just bought a laptop on the weekend so I'm looking forward to being able to contribute more on here. My sister's wedding was last weekend. I was wearing a sleeveless dress and not one person made a comment (to me anyway) about my fat arms. I fully expected my mother to stay something...which is probably why she didn't. It's when I'm not expecting it that she blindsides me! She didnt' say anything rude to me that weekend at all! Even though I haven't been reading the messages much I've been doing quite well with IE. THe last few days before the wedding I was overeatign a bit from the stress. There was a bit of a family incident the day after the wedding with my other sisters and I was really upset. I learned something though...when I am anxious I want to eat (like before the wedding). But when I am full blown upset (crying, etc) I don't want to eat. I hardly ate anything that Sunday and Monday after the incident. Things have settled down now though...and my sister that got married has moved out of our apartment. I find now that she's gone I'm more likely to wait until I'm hungry to eat. There's no "meal time" I've just been waiting until I'm hungry. I didn't eat breakfast until 11:30 on Sat and then had lunch aroudn 1 because I was hungry again but I didn't eat again until around 7 that night. Anyway, it's great to be back! Guest guest
Good to hear that you not only had a good time at the wedding, but even learned a bit more IE in the process - WOW! Looking forward to more progress reports as you eat just for YOU too. ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Hi everyone! I've been absent from the board for the last few weeks.
