Sounds like you are getting a step or two along your IE journey.

Emotional eating has been a way we have used to comfort and will

continue to be of 'use' until you can find another way that works

better for you. Good job on the no guilt or beating yourself up.

That's a biggie for many of us.

Thanks for the head up. I love where you wrote.... Emotional eating has been a way we have used to comfort and will continue to be of 'use' until you can find another way that works better for you. It's makes me feel like eating the IC was not the worst choice I could have made......I have never thought of it that way. But I quess kicking the dog could have been worse then eating IC.

I am listening to some tapes called "a quiet mind" and I believe that these tapes will be the unlocking key with which I will be able to stop my emotional eating.

My tummy sure had something to say about what I did to it last night

with the IC. Just got back from my bike ride and my tummy talked and

sometimes even yelled the whole ride. I just ate two peices of T.

hoping it will calm down. If that does not work I might try some

carbonated pop.
