Guest guest
Sounds like you are getting a step or two along your IE journey. Emotional eating has been a way we have used to comfort and will continue to be of 'use' until you can find another way that works better for you. Good job on the no guilt or beating yourself up. That's a biggie for many of us. Guest guest
Thanks for the head up. I love where you wrote.... Emotional eating has been a way we have used to comfort and will continue to be of 'use' until you can find another way that works better for you. It's makes me feel like eating the IC was not the worst choice I could have made......I have never thought of it that way. But I quess kicking the dog could have been worse then eating IC. I am listening to some tapes called "a quiet mind" and I believe that these tapes will be the unlocking key with which I will be able to stop my emotional eating. > >> > My DH and I just bad a big fight and I went and bought Sf, lf ice cream > > and ate 2/3 of it. but I stopped and put it away.........did it help > > kind of........did it taste good dang rightit did..> > > > No guilt here.> > > > Cheshire cat's IE blog> > http://cheshiresintuitiveeatingjourney.blogspot.com/> >>

Just got back from my bike ride and my tummy talked and sometimes even yelled the whole ride. I just ate two peices of T. hoping it will calm down. If that does not work I might try some carbonated pop.
