Guest guest
Hello, I've decided to give IE a good, solid try for a whole week, beginning yesterday. It's very tricky to know when I'm full and when I'm actually hungry or just have a little room for something else. Any tips?
Guest guest
Good to have you back IE is so 'different' from dieting, that I suspect many have a hard time going by the 'no rules' without being way uncomfortable. The neat thing about IE is that you 'do it' any time you can - there's no 'start' or 'finish' - its just a part of YOUR life. Regarding hunger sensations, the best way to find that out is for you to 'test' it for yourself. Experiment with different foods - noting (mentally or even with notes) how you react to them. I bet if you purposefully 'stuff' yourself you will get body feedback! The same can happen if you wait for an hour, two hours etc, before you eat again and just observe and 'note' what YOU feel like. And if you can't get 'A' signal, don't worry or beat yourself up, it takes time and even practice, not to speak of relaxing with the entire process before you incorporate this valuable tool BACK into your life. (we all had it when we were born BEST to you, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Hello, > > I've decided to give IE a good, solid try for a whole week, beginning > yesterday. > > It's very tricky to know when I'm full and when I'm actually hungry or > just have a little room for something else.
