Hi Jill,

I also have gotten cramping leg calf pain as a symptom of RA. I seem to

feel it when the RA is hitting my knee joints. I'll have soreness if I press

on my knee area but most of the pain gets reflected as a calf ache and leg

cramp sensation. I notice if I touch that calf area the muscle feels very

tense. It seems to happen most often when I'm sleeping. The knee pain and

calf cramping will wake me up..............
