Confused about RA diagnosis

I had a blood test yesterday and my RF was 34. The previous time I'd had a test

was a couple of months ago and was 20 - I had the test yesterday because I've

been having pain in my elbows and knees. My blood tests still didn't show any

inflammation or anti-CCP... it was my GP who gave me the results, not my rheumy,

so I'm not sure what to think... could I have RA even though I don't seem to be

showing any inflammation?
