Guest guest Posted August 12, 2008 Report Share Posted August 12, 2008 I've had not one but three major break throughs this past two weeks and it feels great!! I took some time off of working out this year and it seemed to last a lot longer than I'd planned (I've always been physically active). I need exercise in my life for so many reasons. I've been thinking of things that I love to do and getting ready to get at it again. I was wondering why I've been eating so much in the past two days...then I remembered something I'd read here and realized I was doing the last supper eating again as whenever I started a new diet the exercise increased dramatically.
