Guest guest Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 I'm hoping you all can provide some tips. I think I'm trying to do too much at once. I'm trying to be conscious of when I'm hungry but I'm finding that putting that together with getting out of the diet mentality is a struggle. I'm finding that as I try to figure out if I'm hungry, I'm also thinking a lot of what I " should/could " eat when I am hungry. Can you all help me understand how you all got started and whether you founding writing things down helped or do I really just need to go through the process of eating everything I've deemed " forbidden " to get them out of my system and make them allowable.
