hi sorry about diet like emails. I think everyone has diffent stuff

that works for them. i'm not on a diet. I might not eat sugar stuff

everyday. but I eat so called bad foods. like chips are pizza etc for

supper. I just want people to know they can lose weight. they do not

have to go on a real diet.

I want to learn some new stuff from this group. I like reading

everyones emails. I just want to get a little more healthy. I might

eat a little to much stuff at supper time sometimes. but no one

really perfect all the time. michelle
