Guest guest
Hi Alana: That's fantastic that you figured out what works for you. And a decrease in size is the icing on the cake. I have had a similar experience with breakfast. For years I had been forcing myself to eat a huge breakfast immediately when I got up. I was never hungry, but it was a very hard and fast rule in a program I was trying to do. I, like you, have let go of that and decided that I would eat when hungry. It is great!! I usually get hungry around 9 or 10 and I eat a small breakfast because that is all it takes to satisfy me. Today I had an english muffin (a previously forbidden food) with peanut butter. YUM!!! I just love having all this freedom to do what feels right, it is wonderful, isn't it? > > I know there has often been questions around breakfast.
