That's just marvelous Alana!! You figured out what was bothering you,

gave an alternative a try and now you are more comfortable too.

Excellent!!! And pants fitting again - wow, that is extra special too.

Hi Alana:

That's fantastic that you figured out what works for you. And a

decrease in size is the icing on the cake. I have had a similar

experience with breakfast. For years I had been forcing myself to

eat a huge breakfast immediately when I got up. I was never hungry,

but it was a very hard and fast rule in a program I was trying to

do. I, like you, have let go of that and decided that I would eat

when hungry. It is great!! I usually get hungry around 9 or 10 and

I eat a small breakfast because that is all it takes to satisfy me.

Today I had an english muffin (a previously forbidden food) with

peanut butter. YUM!!!

I just love having all this freedom to do what feels right, it is

wonderful, isn't it?
