Hi everyone

For the last two months (since I've been diagnosed as having rosacea) I haven't done any vigorous exercise - because of course exercising hard makes me flush! From gym/running 3/4 times a week, I now do nothing at all. Actually my skin has not improved at all - possibly it is worse. So now I'm a slob with redness and bumps!

Has anyone else given up vigorous exercise like me - or do you just carry on regardless?
