Hi Cheli.

     I am glad you went to see your Dr.  I get Bronchitis all the time,

then it turns into Pneumonia.  I have had this so much I have lost count.  My

PCP told me the minute I start to cough to come right in.  He starts me on the

RX, plus an inhaler, and I also use the Nebulizer 4x a day.  It is amazing how

quickly the Bronchitis comes on, and how quickly it goes to my lungs.  I see a

big difference when I see the Dr. right away.  It doesn't go into my lungs and

I avoid another case of Pneumonia.

     I hope the coughing stops soon, and you begin to feel better.  Please

rest as much as you can.

Sorry it has taken me a bit to write back but I finally went to the doctor and I

have bronchitis. They gave me a z-pack and an inhaler. I could not believe how

bad and fast I cough this. It kind of makes me nervous to see how this winter is

going to be since my son will bring everything home from school. I guess the

doctors office will be seeing me a lot. Thank you to everyone that replied to

my post.

Glad you are ok.

I get this EVERY YEAR without fail. I hate bronchitis/asthma, plus i have

hypersensitive airway disease which means I wheeze/cough/hack at the drop of a

hat - L0L:)) Its awful when you are having asthma attack, there is no way to

calm down, to stop it or slow it down without medication, not to be able to

breath makes you panic and even the most informed person gets scared.....

Someone yesterday told me about Tumeric Milk (Tumeric Seasoning, Hot Milk and

Ground Pepper), it is supposed to break up the cold, etc.....not too much

tumeric because it causes stomach upset (they say)

I posted the link for it. I am definitely going to check it out it may help...
