Guest guest
I'm reading the overcoming overeating book. And want to practice the eating smaller amounts. Mostly at dinner because at dinner my normal behavior is to stuff myself until it hurts. So yesterday I decided I would go to the store this morning and get a frozen dinner that is already portioned out. I would get one that looks really yummy to me. (i'm not a cook so yes some of them look yummy to me.) And only eat that for my after work meal.....knowing that I can eat more if I get hungry again later. I'm doing it but it's really scary setting here with the feelings knowning that I'm chosing not to stuff myself to drown the feeling. It's also scary thinking that I may not get hungry again before bed. Also my body does not like to have food in it when its trying to sleep...so if it does not get hungry before 7ish it's no more food for me. Its frightening thinking how little my body really need when I stop before I'm stuffed and wait until I'm hungry to eat again.
