Aloha,

I am 9.5 weeks post-op; for over four years my neck and shoulder

muscles felt like they were twisting like a dish rag and I would take

pain med just for that....ughhh. But now that you mention it for the

past two or three weeks it seems to be getting better. I gave a small

fortune to deep tissue massage therapy...they hurt me real good and it

was worth every dime for the short term relief.
