Guest guest
I have recently spent the last six weeks at sea level in various places in canada and australia and I don't know whether its my imagination or not but since I have come home to Mareeba which is not at sea level I have a lot more pain and inflammation especially in my feet than I did before. Has anyone ever come across this or subscribe to this type of theory. At the moment where i live it is trying to rain, not very sucessfully but it is humid which I don't think is helping. On another RA topic, the balls of my feet are pretty swollen and hot, can anyone suggest anything to help with this? Thanks for listening.
