Ok I have a couple questions I would like yalls input and experience with. 1)

Have you noticed is it repetitive movement of a joint that causes your flares or

do they just happen in whatever joint they decide?

2) When you have a flare such as in your shoulder or knee, do you minimize

activity until the flare passes or do you continue with your normal activities?

I have had RA for 5 years and I am so confused on what to do or not do. I am on

meds and do see a rheumy regularly but, it is the day to day activities I am

confused about. I do believe a strong positive outlook does help but, what

about other times. I do work 2 part time jobs, one I do a lot of lifting and I

have not been able to go the last 2 days, but was wondering if I should just go

on and work with the pain. Thank you so much for any advice or experiences you

have had.

Kathy
