Hi there :),

I would suggest choosing/creating a mantra that acknowledges your

inner strength in dealing with all emotions and situations. From my

point of view, I feel like I've tried very hard to only feel " great

emotions " or " positive " and " good " emotions. And I do think it is

fantastic to be able to realize all of the great things that you are,

and that you see, and that you feel, and that you do, but it's also

important to not block out the other emotions from your life. *Maybe

a mantra that attests to you being able to handle, accept, and grow

from everything you experience and feel in the upcoming day? That in

itself can be calming (just having the self assuredness of knowing

that you'll be fine no matter what life throws your way that day).

Maybe I'm missing the point of your question here; if so, sorry. I

hope that what I wrote helps. I like the mantras you wrote, too, as

it is important to see the beauty in everything (living or not)

around you.
