Never give up. You will eventually get it. I do know how hard it is to quit. I was one that had to have one before and after I did anything. Cig's always came first. I loved smoking. Still do love it and miss it. Was not strong willed at all. I know it is dangerous but this is what I did. I had to or it didn't work. I know because I've tried. But for me to quit smoking I had to change my whole routine if I drank coffee in the morning I would switch to tea. Sit somewhere else than you usually do to drink it. Or do something else different than you usually do. I used the patch and the nicotine gum or nicotine lozenge. Plus I took the Zyban and the same time. I know that is dangerous for someone with high blood pressure which I didn't have. But that is what I had to do to quit for good. I do know it is hard when stressful situations occur so soon after trying to quit. Just try again when you are ready. I promise you will succeed if you don't ever give up. I have tried for years to quit smoking and always ended up going back to it. But I finely quit for good in January of 2007 using my method mentioned above. Been good ever since. But once a year there is an occasion for one day that I will smoke a pack. If sure beats the feeling of thinking you'll never get to enjoy another one again. I just always make sure that pack is gone by the end of the night so there isn't any in the morning. No cig's, No ash trays! That way if I remember how naughty I was the night before I convince myself it was only a pleasant dream! LOL! So far so good. Not recommended! Best of Luck to you! and of coarse pain free days! And I hope your min. weiner is okay.
