Guest guest
Hello everyone. I spoke with Ian's endocrinologist today. We're going to work on getting him scheduled for the overnight growth hormone testing. His dr says that under the approval, it should be paid for. I'll " inform " the correct person in the office that we are going to proceed with the testing. LOL!! He also told me that a child nearby has been diagnosed with RSS & said that he told them about Ian & myself. That I am a big advocate for Ian & maybe they would like to talk to me. He gave me their name & number, so I'll probably call within the next week to introduce myself. I will be sure to give them the MAGIC info & this site info if they are on-line. I know overwhelming it can be when your child is first diagnosed. We all deal with it different ways-some parents don't immediately do anything about it, but others of us dive in head first!! Some want to find out as much as we can, but we're not all like that. Missy Ian's mom Ian 35 1/2 inches & 21 pounds & can count to 100!!
