Guest guest
Blueberry Custard 2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup blueberries 2 eggs 2 cups milk 1/8 tsp vanilla Beat eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, and sugar in a nonstick skillet of saucepan. Heat mixture to a simmer. Pour mixture into 4 serving dishes and put into refridgerator to cool. After mixture has cooled for 20 to 30 minutes, add blueberries to each mixture evenly. Return to refridgerator and cool. Serve when custard has set.
