Guest guest
I did drink quite a bit that day, as I am often guilty of that very thing (mistaking thirst for hunger), but my hunger that day was very much of the low-blood sugar variety, empty, yet also with that headache-y feeling. It was very unusual day, because nothing was doing the trick! I felt just fine and dandy yesterday though. My body must have needed the grazing! I sure do like your blog, thanks for sharing. I'm also enjoying going through the other blogs in your blogroll. Sometimes thirst is actually hunger. Have you tried drinking some water? If I have those feelings without a food attached, it generally means I am thirsty or in search of something emotional. > >> > .> >> > > >>

Guest guest
I think you're absolutely right. I'm starting to notice a bit of a trend. I think I am feeling a bit of a change from PMS as well, but I definitely have days where I need more food and others where I find it takes very little to make my tummy happy. Thanks for the hugs! Our blog Subject: Re: HUNGRY today! To: IntuitiveEating_Support Date: Thursday, October 23, 2008, 9:02 AM Hi! I get hungry in "cycles". I have maybe two not-so-hungry days andthen a totally starving day. I think our bodies stock up, release, stock up, release. I think you should go with your body's cues.
