Me again.....

It was worth the wait.....WE ate it with our eyes closed. WE find WE

can enjoy the taste more if WE close our eyes. She chose taco salad.

We decided not oe have chips as we had tons of chip when we went out

for nachos yesterday and got very full. Wild child still seems to need

to get full especially at dinner so we honored that with a large glass

of home made stevia cocoa. YUM YUM....

gail here.....

We waited until 12 to eat again it was a long wait. My sweet wild

child struggles on sundays...but the cool thing is by giving her a

name I can feel the difference between her and me. And I can comfort

her and give her the love she do badly needs.

At lunch she really needed to feel full, so we honored that and had a

large glass of thick stevia cocoa, that our body most likely did not

need but she needed it and it's my job to take care of her. I could

feel her calm down as the full feeling over came us. And the full

feeling went away pretty fast because it was only stevia cocoa. I

think she's beginning to trust me.

She wanted to keep on eating after the cocoa but being I'm not her I

could hear a voice saying if you eat any more that means you are

expecting what you are eating to LOVE you. So I shared that with

her....I said to her sweetie the food can't love us I can love you

and you can love me but the food can't...

I know I may sound crazy to some. but eating like a zombee until I

want to puke is crazy too.

Hi Gail!

I am working on my sweet wild child today, like I told you I would! I

even named her. I asked her what she wanted for lunch, and she said

Macaroni & Cheese. I told her that was ok, but lets have some

applesauce to balance it out. She thought that was alright, and we

decided to quit eating a little early because we are trying to get

hungry as many times as possible today. I'll keep you posted! Thanks

for your help!

:)

Hi Bonnie

Glad you are joining me in my adventure it's always more fun when your

not alone..

This morning I was fixing my lunch and my SWC wanted to lick the spoon

and then the spatchula.........at first my darling food police girl

said absolutely not..... Then I reminded her we are practicing letting

SWC eat small amounts of yummy stuff and stop. Also I remembered how as

a child we use to do that. So we all enjoyed the small treat and did

not go crazy and then had breakfast about an hour later.

Sometimes I feel like we are living in Wonderland and we have all gone

through the looking glass. And WE are living our life but its kind of

backwards and upside down and sideways but exciting and working.

I'm excited to hear how your adventure is progressing too.

gail again tuesday morning

Last night SWC thought popcorn sounded good, so we decided we would

have it for breakfast. So we had three eggs, some slices of turkey

salami and a small bag of popcorn. As we were finishing our eggs she

thought maybe she would like some oatmeal too. I said ok but let wait

15 minutes to see if you really want it. Of course within fifteen

minutes she had become sleepy because she was full and did not care

about oatmeal.

In fact, as I set here typing I can't imagine eating oatmeal right

now...........who would have ever thought.........not this girl.
