I wouldn't have any " final stage " surgery without being within 20 pounds of goal weight. IMHO Any surgeon that would do a breast reduction on a young woman that is 80 pounds overweight is hard up for $$$. A reputable plastic surgeon wouldn't do reconstructive surgery until you were within sight of goal/healthy weight. 17 years ago I had a breast reduction . ... I was 5'5 " and 125. I had a great end result, if you have extra fat when you have surgery, you will not get a good result . . . BE PATIENT. DO NOT have plastic surgery until your weight is stable for 6 months (no matter where that is) or you have reached " chart weight.
