You are young and your skin will shrink and firm up, even if you

weren't so young. I wouldn't have any " final stage " surgery without being

within 20 pounds of goal weight. IMHO Any surgeon that would do a breast

reduction on a young woman that is 80 pounds overweight is hard up for $$$.

A reputable plastic surgeon wouldn't do reconstructive surgery until you were

within sight of goal/healthy weight. 17 years ago I had a breast reduction .

... I was 5'5 " and 125. I had a great end result, if you have extra fat when

you have surgery, you will not get a good result . . . BE PATIENT. DO NOT

have plastic surgery until your weight is stable for 6 months (no matter

where that is) or you have reached " chart weight. " Yes, This is my humble

opinion . .. but, I also worked for a prominent Beverly Hills Plastic surgeon

and I know what the standards are for quality work.
