Hi There,

Unfortunately, they are rather pricey. The ZCoil shoes range from

$199.00 to about $245.00. Mine were 212.00 and they were the white tennis

shoes.

I have to say though, I'd like to keep them on 24/7. I did hate to

spend that much on shoes, but they are guarenteed for years, and you can

replace the coil whenever needed - maybe a year or two.

For me, they are great, but I'm not going to get another pair right

away, so I guess I can't wear them everyday, right? I've always heard that

you shouldn't wear the same shoes (no matter what type) everyday.

My Mom spend over $100 each on sneaker and sandal for me.  They support my

feet and feel great.  There is a store here in Arizona call SAS.  It's in Sun

City.  They are expensive but well made and help support my feet and insole.  I

also have sandal to wear in the summer time which I'm wearing right now.

I have to wear my sandal when I'm walking even if it's around in the house.

I can't walk barefoot.  I get wobbly and unsteady on my feet.

Tomorrow I will break in my sneaker.  I will go to a Tai Chi at a church.   I

heard that is good especially if you have arthritis.  I order Tai Chi and

exercise DVD from the Arthritis Foundation.  Their website is

www.arthritis.org.  Can check out their merchandises for support of hand and

wrist.  It's worth it.
