I think the first step is to recognize what your body wants vs. what

your mind wants. My mind wants me to eat 10 cookies but my body is

going to feel pretty bad if I do that. If your body feels best eating

clean foods, then you should eat clean foods. If you listen to your

body and not your mind, clean foods is probably what it wants anyway.
